Anchorage Democrat Rep. Andrew Gray has asked acting attorney general Cori Mills to prosecute former attorney general Treg Taylor and his wife, Republican lieutenant governor candidate Jodi Taylor, for allegedly failing to file required financial reports.

Visitors to Denali National Park will be able to motor over the full park road starting next year for the first time since a landslide made the route impassable in the late summer of 2021, the National Park Service said Thursday.

CARLISLE, Pennsylvania — The Carlisle Barracks Post Cemetery is once again solemnly shrouded with black privacy fencing as families and tribal leaders gather to reunite with ancestors who died while attending the Carlisle Indian Industrial School.
Disinterments are set to begin Tuesday, Sept. 1, of the first of 12 students who will be returned to their homelands over the next six weeks as part of the Office of Army Cemetery’s annual repatriation of remains of children who died at the school.
